Warning: Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. oakbet will report credible evidence of fraudulent account registration to the appropriate authorities. Funds in accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 will be forfeited.
Account Registration and Verification
Each eligible person may maintain only one (1) oakbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. oakbet reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
oakbet conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account displaying your name and mobile number). Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending KYC completion.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oakbet account credentials, including your username and password. Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and cash over-the-counter via 7-Eleven and Bayad Center.
- Deposits are generally credited to your oakbet account within 1–15 minutes depending on the payment method. Delays may occur during peak transaction periods or scheduled banking maintenance windows.
- oakbet does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account security review.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–6 hours during business hours.
- Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal processing.
- oakbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ₱10,000.
oakbet does not charge internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, over which oakbet has no control.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

- Players found to be using two or more accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated bonuses forfeited and both accounts permanently closed.
- Free spins, where issued, are credited to specific eligible slot titles as stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.

Game Rules, Fairness, and RNG Certification

Account Suspension, Closure, and Fund Forfeiture
oakbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or KYC non-compliance.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in the KYC request.

Where an account is closed for cause — including breach of these Terms — any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and funds directly associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real money deposits not associated with any breach will be returned to the original payment method following the completion of any pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
