Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oakbet ("oakbet," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at oakbet.club. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account with oakbet, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. oakbet strictly enforces this requirement and will request age-verification documentation from any account where age is uncertain.
• You must be an individual person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on the oakbet platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the oakbet platform or mandated by PAGCOR — that restricts your participation in online gaming.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your country or jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services. You are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in your location.
• You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions, watch-list designations, or financial restrictions that would prohibit your use of the platform under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not have had a prior oakbet account that was terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

Each eligible person may maintain only one (1) oakbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. oakbet reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

oakbet conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account displaying your name and mobile number). Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending KYC completion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oakbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. oakbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify oakbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All transactions on the oakbet platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). oakbet does not accept transactions in foreign currencies, except in the case of USDT cryptocurrency deposits which are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and cash over-the-counter via 7-Eleven and Bayad Center.
• Deposits are generally credited to your oakbet account within 1–15 minutes depending on the payment method. Delays may occur during peak transaction periods or scheduled banking maintenance windows.
• oakbet does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account security review.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–6 hours during business hours.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal processing.
• oakbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above ₱10,000.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

oakbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued.
• Each bonus is associated with specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These are stated on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.
• oakbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, including where there is evidence that a player has exploited, abused, or manipulated the promotional terms.
• Players found to be using two or more accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated bonuses forfeited and both accounts permanently closed.
• Free spins, where issued, are credited to specific eligible slot titles as stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific bonus offers. The eligible payment methods for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Game Rules, Fairness, and RNG Certification

All games available on the oakbet platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, fishing games, and RNG-based table games — are subject to the individual game rules published by the relevant game provider. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable game rules.

All RNG-based games on the oakbet platform utilise random number generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers and are subject to the real-time oversight of the relevant live casino provider. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published and available to players on request.

In the event of a malfunction or technical fault during a game session, oakbet reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be paid out. oakbet's determination of the occurrence of a technical fault is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oakbet platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any device or program that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer table games, in a manner that affects the outcome or the fairness of the game for other participants.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including the use of the platform to deposit, cycle through games, and withdraw funds with no genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Abusing bonus offers, including but not limited to exploiting known software errors, creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk ("bonus hunting").
• Accessing the oakbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law without disclosure to oakbet.
• Engaging in any behaviour — whether in live chat, through the support system, or within game interfaces — that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory toward oakbet staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

oakbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all players from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Notifications: Players may configure session duration notifications that alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During a cool-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the oakbet platform. Self-exclusion closes the account platform-wide with immediate effect and cannot be reversed. All active sessions will be terminated and no further access will be granted.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Fund Forfeiture

oakbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or KYC non-compliance.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in the KYC request.
• Pursuant to a request, order, or directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for cause — including breach of these Terms — any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and funds directly associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real money deposits not associated with any breach will be returned to the original payment method following the completion of any pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the oakbet platform — including but not limited to the oakbet brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of oakbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the oakbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of oakbet.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oakbet and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Gambling losses resulting from participation in games or betting on the oakbet platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside oakbet's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Any third-party payment processing delays or failures attributable to your bank, GCash, PayMaya, or other payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oakbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

oakbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the oakbet platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oakbet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

oakbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — oakbet will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' prior notice via your registered email address or via a prominent notice displayed on the oakbet platform.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or administrative updates) may be made without prior notice and will take effect from the date of publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version in force.

Your continued use of the oakbet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the amended Terms.
